5. Client Responsibilities
The client must ensure accessibility to the pickup and delivery locations.
Fragile or valuable items should be clearly labeled and informed to our team in advance.
The client is responsible for any local permissions (if needed) such as elevator access, parking, or society gate passes.
Proper documentation must be provided for vehicle or international moves.
6. Delays and Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Weather conditions
Road closures
Traffic jams
Strikes
Natural disasters
Mechanical breakdowns
7. Insurance and Liability
We offer insurance for goods in transit on request. If insurance is not opted for, the company is not liable for loss or damage.
Claims must be reported immediately upon delivery with proper documentation.
Liability is limited to the insured value or as agreed in writing.
8. Restricted Items
We do not accept the transport of:
Perishable food
Flammable materials

9. Storage Services
